Infinite Wave

Standing on the trampoline
The redwood shadow weighs on me
I’d like to see you try
With immense potential energy
I close my eyes
Bracing for some big surprise

Fracking for another spring
The faithful geyser’s sulfur steam aims high
And billows like some self-esteem and
Eagles rise
On the thermal columns of my eyes
Spinning slow
With immense potential energy
Down below
And I’m bracing for another blow

A wave for a well
For a little moment to myself
For all the light in everyone
And the love that’s yet to come out

Disappearing into you
Wasted on the foggy view
The mountains drown
Empty hot-air balloons
Litter the ground
Lifting off I make no sound

Indigenous to nowhere near this place
The Northern California palm trees sway
Blow darts in the ass of the USA
Blow darts in the ass of the USA
Blow darts in the arse of the USA

A wave for a well
A little moment to yourself
For all the light in everyone
And the love that’s yet to come out
